TRAS holds no political or religious affiliations, and assists communities on the basis of humanitarian need. TRAS runs a child sponsorship program and funds a range of health and education-related projects. Since 1962, TRAS has developed a network of partner organizations in India, Nepal, and Tibet that implement health care and education projects in their communities.
