"It is hard to imagine that thoughtful persons who have truly acquainted
themselves with the precious culture of Tibet, and are also aware of Red
China's systematic destruction and pollution of this culture, not to speak
of the violent repression and imprisonment of thousands of Tibetan people
for the "crime" of wishing to maintain their own ancient traditions, will
not actively join the wave of world outrage and do their best to persuade
their governments before it is too late to help secure the autonomy of
Tibet by all available political and economic means.
"There is no time to waste. The loss of Tibet is imminent."
